Santa Cruz Marina

Marina Santa Cruz, located just north of La Paz, will be Mexico’s leading luxury megayacht marina and resort destination. The new destination is ideally located in a natural hurricane-safe harbor and offers easy access to many of the local marine reserves and beaches throughout the Sea of Cortez. Edgewater conducted an initial marina economic feasibility and preliminary engineering study followed by preparation of a comprehensive Master Plan for the marina and resort development. Upland program elements will include two resort hotel sites, a hillside marina village with a boutique hotel, and luxury single family villas and condos.

The marina program includes over 500 vessels from 40 to over 300 ft. in length, luxury floating homes and slips, a floating shore club/bar/grill and pool, fuel and service docks, full-service maintenance, and dry storage for 300 boats up to 40 ft. in length.
