Frisco Bay

Edgewater led and was responsible for all facets of the Frisco Bay Marina Master Plan, including the marina market analysis, operational analysis, financial analysis, and marina Master Plan. As the project team marina design, planning, and engineering specialist, Edgewater’s services included marina design, navigation engineering, site circulation, boat launch design, marina utility planning, and integration of all upland marina support facilities into the overall park Master Plan. In addition, Edgewater collaborated on the upland park planning and provided engineering services in support of the permit modification to the dredge design to facilitate improved operations and navigational safety. Edgewater continued work with the Town of Frisco in the implementation of the plan including identification of the outside marina operator and operational planning for the marina during drought conditions in November of 2021.
