Anguilla Megayacht Marina

Edgewater partnered with the Government of Anguilla to consider the feasibility of building a megayacht marina on the Caribbean Island to meet regional market demand. Thirteen possible sites were narrowed to five after considering the unique qualities of each site. To fully assess the feasibility of building a megayacht marina in Anguilla, Edgewater then conducted more extensive research and developed recommendations based on the site-specific opportunities and constraints including topographic and bathymetric surveys, existing environmental considerations, future climate concerns, development capacity, and social impact. The resulting study and conceptual development plans are a blueprint for future development and positive economic impact for this important island nation.
