F3 Marina

Located on Fort Lauderdale’s 16th Street canal, the Club includes over 240 dry slips capable of holding vessels up to 50 ft. in length, with an additional 20 wet slips that serve as a queuing area for boaters. This state-of-the-art facility offers provisioning, marina fuel, pump-out, and shore power service that is equipped with a marina guard protection system to comply with national best practices. The Edgewater team led the engineering for the replacement seawall, the new floating dock system and utilities, and the new dry stack facility. The boater service amenities within the facility include restrooms, a lounge area, a concierge desk, management offices, storage lockers, a fish cleaning station, and viewing areas for boaters to observe the automated crane system.
